Basic Technician Certificate in Counselling Psychology
At least four passes in CSEE, excluding religious subjects.

Basic Technician Certificate in Office Administration
Form IV with at least four passes, excluding religious subjects, including English Language.
Ordinary Diploma in Counselling Psychology
NTA Level 4 in Counselling Psychology or a related field, or Form VI with at least one principal and one subsidiary pass, excluding religious subjects.
Ordinary Diploma in Office Administration
NTA Level 4 in Office Administration or an equivalent secretarial qualification, or Form VI with at least one principal and one subsidiary pass, excluding religious subjects.
Bachelor Degree Requirements
Bachelor of Arts with Education
Direct entry
Two principal passes in History, English, Geography, Kiswahili, Arabic or Islamic Studies.
Equivalent entry
Diploma in Secondary Education with an average grade of B or a minimum GPA of 3.0, with a principal pass at Advanced Level.
Bachelor of Science with Education
Direct entry
Two principal passes in Physics, Advanced Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science or Geography.
Equivalent entry
Diploma in Secondary Education with an average grade of B or a minimum GPA of 3.0, with a principal pass at Advanced Level.
Bachelor of Arts in Counselling Psychology
Direct entry
Two principal passes in approved arts, business, science or social-science subjects listed by SUMAIT.
Equivalent entry
A relevant diploma with an average grade of B or minimum GPA of 3.0 in counselling, psychology, health, social sciences, law, education, administration or another accepted field.
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
Direct entry
Two principal passes in Physics, Advanced Mathematics, Geography, Biology, Chemistry, Economics or Accounting.
Equivalent entry
A relevant computing, information systems, data, statistics, networking, software, electronics or telecommunications diploma with average grade B or GPA 3.0, plus a pass in Mathematics at secondary level.
Masters Degree Requirement
Master of Arts in Sharia and Islamic Jurisprudence
Bachelor of Islamic Sharia, Islamic Studies with Education, Bachelor of Arts with Education in Islamic Studies or Arabic, or Islamic Sharia and Law, with a minimum GPA of 2.7 or equivalent and good command of Arabic and English.
